One sweetener. Forever.
MONK is built on one promise: every beverage we ever make will be sweetened with monk fruit. Our first lineup is a natural energy tea that gets its lift from a label full of good ingredients, not just caffeine.

It started with a sweetener.
Before MONK had a flavor, a carton or a logo, it had a rule: if we make it, it's sweetened with monk fruit. No exceptions, and no other sweeteners hiding on the label.
Our first lineup puts that rule to work in a natural energy tea. Green tea and yerba mate bring the caffeine, and L-theanine, multivitamins and electrolytes round out the label, so the energy comes from more than one number.
If it's MONK, it's monk fruit.
Four ingredients we build on.
Monk fruit
A small round fruit, traditionally grown in southern China. It's our only sweetener, in this lineup and every one after it.
Green tea
35 mg of natural caffeine per carton, from the tea leaf that has been brewed for centuries.
Yerba mate
75 mg of natural caffeine per carton, from the South American tea traditionally shared from a gourd.
L-theanine
100 mg of pure, plant-derived L-theanine, an amino acid found naturally in tea leaves.
What goes in. What stays out.
Energy drinks usually start with the caffeine and work backwards. We started with the whole label: two teas, L-theanine, vitamins and electrolytes, sweetened with monk fruit.
We also skip artificial flavors and "natural flavors," because we don't think they're truly natural. So there are a few things you'll never find in a carton of MONK.
Built different. Poured different.
MONK comes in a 500 mL Tetra Pak carton with a twist-off cap. It stands out on the shelf, closes back up when you're not done, and tucks easily into a bag.
